Fulfillment & Shipping ​

SHIPPING:

Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only.  Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders can take up to 14 days to deliver depending on location. Orders going to the same address may be combined during shipment.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed. We reserve the right to change delivery dates based on stock, provided that the customer is updated with the new delivery date.

PREORDERS:

Preorders will be shipped as stated on the checkout page. Customers will be informed via email when preorders ship.
